1. Return Policy
Returns are accepted up to 7 days from the date in which it was delivered. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction, so please contact us to get a Return Authorization. Please note that the item must be in the same condition as it was purchased in and must include all packaging.
2. Shipping Options
All United States orders will receive free, First Class Mail shipping. For faster shipping, we offer Priority Mail Shipping at an additional fee.
3. Handling Time
Orders placed prior to 3 PM on a business day will be shipped out the same day.

We currently ship to the United States, United Kingdom, and Canada
5. Lighter Condition
Unless otherwise stated, all Zippo lighters purchased through Flame Gallery and brand new and come in original box, price tag, and orange seal intact. This typically DOES NOT apply to Vintage lighters and the condition may vary (see description of listing before purchasing).
